For the programmers

I first heard about Navicat from Chris Kenworthy last year and tried out the demo. Frankly, the demo is not enough. Not enough in the sense, once you try the software, you HAVE TO HAVE IT!

Probably one of the best aspects to the software is the number of ways in which you can connect to your mysql server, there’s directly connecting, SSH, SSL, and even http tunnelling! SSH is currently my favorite as it’s fast and much more secure than just directly connecting via port 3306. No other software I’ve come across have this feature.

Look it up, “gullible” isn’t a .info domain.

Despite Coca Cola’s commercial proclaiming that “sip stealing is not a felony in all 50 states,” Thomas Gomes of San Diego, California was recently convicted of it for his third strike and thus received mandatory lifetime imprisonment.

Life…in graphs.

Twitter Twitch

Well I’ve finally fallen for Twitter. You can find my feed here, and there is a widget on the left side of my page for you to see the what I’m up to!

Olympic Tae Kwon Do

Unfortunately, they aren’t broadcasting the TKD matches on the TV here in the states, so we have to resort to the interwebs for the fix. The fun started yesterday in Beijing with the women’s 49 kg and men’s 58 kg preliminary. You can catch up on all the action over at NBCOlympics.com.

!”Fresh Squeezed!”

Digging through my server this evening I came across an old redesign of the site. I think I called it orange or something.

Who’s watching?

“The world will look up and shout ’save us’…and I’ll whisper ‘no’.”

Moved

And this time it’s not the webpage! July 2nd I moved out of my folk’s home and into an appartment all my own! Unfortunatly, I don’t have pictures as I’ve lost my camera, which did have pictures on it. *Sigh* I think I left it somewhere in Iowa.
